Rossmax International Ltd is a public listed company in Taiwan. Products are designed in Switzerland, R&D and quality components are produced in Japan, and the factory is in China — a Taiwanese company with Swiss design and made in China.

Send the faulty meter to any pharmacy selling Rossmax products. The pharmacist contacts the Rossmax Service Centre (03-89582266) or Biomedical Engineers (012-6224063 / 017-6368168 / 012-6240603) during office hours to arrange courier pickup. Alternatively, send directly to Cypress Medic Sdn Bhd — make an appointment first. Courier fee: RM25 return / RM15 one-way for out-of-warranty products.

No. Every manufacturer has their own measurement algorithm. Cypress Medic can only perform accuracy and calibration services on Rossmax products.

Normally no more than 9 working days for the customer to receive the meter back through the same courier. The pharmacy will contact the customer to collect once it has been returned to the outlet.

Rossmax has certified calibrators and testers for all product ranges. CalPro & Cal-Easy (BPM) are certified by SIRIM. Thermocal (thermometers) is certified by Trescal Sdn Bhd. NebTester (nebulizers) is certified by CT Services. Fluke (pulse oximeters) is certified by Bellcomm Technologies. The company SOPs and repair services are audited by MedCert (German firm). All Biomedical Engineers are trained and authorized to repair Rossmax meters in Malaysia.
